Usage rules and guidelines

Please read over the Aivia Web Usage Guidelines before using Aivia Web. To ensure best experience and fairness of access for everyone, we ask that you abide by the Usage Guidelines. Violation of the usage guidelines may results in loss of bookings and suspension of access privileges.

Data size considerations

To ensure maximum data compatibility and maximize use of reserved time, we recommend converting your data to the Aivia TIFF format with Aivia Community or Aivia first; then upload the converted data to a cloud storage provider before starting your Aivia Web session. While Aivia can work with multi-TB files, transfer of large data files to Aivia Web may take a long time depending on the size of the data and your internet connection speed.

Download Aivia Community to convert your image files using the instructions here.
