If you experience a hard crash, please do the following:
#1. Re-open Aivia and File > Options > General / Logging > copy the folder path
Open windows explorer and paste the path in the "path field" at the top. Prepare an email and attach the "Aivia Community.prev.log" file
#2. In the windows search box (bottom-left), type "Event viewer" and click on it
Then navigate to "Windows logs > Application" and search for "Error" corresponding to the time of your crash:
Right-click on it and "Save Selected Events". Also attach this file to the email that you prepared. Then send it to aiviasupport [ at ] drvtechnologies.com
It will take few minutes to do so, but will be a huge contribution for the community! Thanks a lot for doing it!
